By Booking and paying for a slot you are agreeing to the following field terms and conditions.

- All dogs using the field must be up to date with vaccinations.

- No matter when you arrive to your slot you must leave by the arranged finish time.

- You must not enter into the field until your time slot has begun, if for any instance a prior occupier over runs into your slot, please do not enter the field, get photo evidence and contact us directly. This is for all parties safety.

- The fencing around the perimeter has holes no more than 50mmx50mm from ground to 2ft, above this height the holes are 150mmx150mm, if you believe this is not secure for your size dog(s) we cannot be held responsible for any escapee.

- The fence is flush with the ground but not dug in, if your dog(s) digs under the fence, we cannot be held responsible for escapee.

- The height of the fence and gates is no less that 6ft, if your dog(s) can leap higher than 6ft we cannot be held responsible for an escapee.

- Please leave the field as you found it, all dog waste must be bagged and binned in the designated bins.

- You are responsible for using any of the play equipment and features. we cannot be held responsible for any Injury caused to you or your dog(s).

- The car park is situated in the secure field so do not let your dog(s) out before you have shut and locked the gates behind you.

Information regarding XL Bully 'type' dogs and banned breeds

- The dog is registered (by 31.1.24 for XL bully ‘types’) with the index of exempted dog (IED) 

- You have your public liability insurance certificate for the dog and is available at request from us

- Currently we cannot allow multiple households to use the field together when there is a banned breed attending the field. If you have multiple dogs from the same household they can all attend with just 1 handler now even if any of them are from the Banned breeds list (insurance update as of 5/01/2024).

- The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules.

- The dog is Micro Chipped.

- The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut and locked when entering the field. 

​- The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field.

- You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field.
